When will my order be dispatched?

Once you’ve placed your order we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your order and confirm the details. Orders are subject to payment verification and approval, may take 48 hours to handle your order before shipping.?All items will be wrapped and protected by bubble bags. Parcel tracking code and link will be sent to your email on despatch of your order during working days. Please take extra care when entering any names or messages for your personalized pieces on our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements once an order has been placed. Orders that contain both personalized and non-personalized items may be sent in two separate deliveries, as our personalized items take time to make. All personalized products are made to order and will be delivered within 2 weeks/Up to 3 weeks for International Delivery. Therefore, don’t worry if it’s getting close to the delivery date and you haven’t heard from us.
