Please note that during the uncertain COVID-19 time, to protect our valued customers, all of our products will be shipped from the lower risk warehouse in HongKong. 

We use Royal Mail and Yodel for all of our UK deliveries. Please notice that shipping methods may change without informing in advance, as we would like to choose the fastest delivery to our customers.

Please check parcel status and arrange your time to receive your parcel. If you are not in, please contact your local delivery office to rearrange your delivery.

We are unable to deliver to BFPO / PO Box addresses.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer

All prices and shipping charges are calculated before taxes. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges or taxes incurred (if any)

Order Handling

Once orders are placed, we are unable to change the delivery address and add or remove items, if you would like to add an item, please place a new order, or contact us for help before the order has been despatched.

Orders are subject to payment verification and approval, may take 48 hours to handle your order before shipping. All items will be wrapped and protected by bubble bags. Parcel tracking code and link will be sent to your email on despatch of your order during working days.

Personalised Items In Order

Please take extra care when entering any names or messages for your personalised pieces on our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements once an order has been placed.

Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items may be sent in two separate deliveries, as our personalised items take time to make.

All personalised products are made to order and will be delivered within 2 weeks/Up to 3 weeks for International Delivery.

International Delivery

All of our international deliveries are trackable. Please notice that shipping methods may change without informing in advance, as we would like to choose the fastest delivery to our customers.

Please check parcel status and arrange your time to receive your parcel. If you are not in, please contact your local delivery office to rearrange your delivery.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

The package box might be open for customs clearance check. It’s unpredictable and controllable for additional customs charges or delays incurring.

All prices and shipping charges are calculated before taxes. Shipping costs indicated above include fuel surcharges.

Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included, must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (if any). Unfortunately, these charges are uncontrollable and unpredictable as customs policies vary by countries.

If you have any questions about customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office in advance.

Order Handling

Orders are subject to payment verification and approval, may take 1-3 working days to handle your order before shipping. All items will be wrapped and protected by bubble bags.

Order status will not be updated to “COMPLETED” with tracking information sent to your email until we get a tracking number and at least one tracking information. 

RETURNS

Emma Molly appreciates every purchase from you, and hope you will have good shopping experience.

If we sent the wrong order or item, or you received any broken / defective item(s), please take a photo of the wrong item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, to find the best return solutions.

If you choose the wrong item or dislike the item you received, you can return item at your own cost within 7 days of receipt, and no later than 14 calendar days after the day that you sent us the return notice.

Item(s) that are being returned should be kept new in its original condition in which you received them in. With all original tags, packaging and accessories. freight collect return will not be accepted. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be refunded.

Please retain your postal receipt until your return has been processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed.

Please contact our customer service to request return authorization, and the return instructions.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If you are unable to locate your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/ card issuer for further information.

We only accept return on item(s) bought on emmamolly.com.

Personalized items and clearance items can not be returned.
