We use Royal Mail and Yodel for all of our UK deliveries. Please notice that shipping methods may change without informing in advance, as we would like to choose the fastest delivery to our customers.
Please check parcel status and arrange your time to receive your parcel. If you are not in, please contact your local delivery office to rearrange your delivery.
We are unable to deliver to BFPO / PO Box addresses.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer
All prices and shipping charges are calculated before taxes. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges or taxes incurred (if any)
Once orders are placed, we are unable to change the delivery address and add or remove items, if you would like to add an item, please place a new order, or contact us for help before the order has been despatched.
Orders are subject to payment verification and approval, may take 48 hours to handle your order before shipping. All items will be wrapped and protected by bubble bags. Parcel tracking code and link will be sent to your email on despatch of your order during working days.
Personalised Items In Order
Please take extra care when entering any names or messages for your personalised pieces on our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements once an order has been placed.
Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items may be sent in two separate deliveries, as our personalised items take time to make.
All personalised products are made to order and will be delivered within 2 weeks/Up to 3 weeks for International Delivery.
