WHAT IS THE TRACKING INFORMATION “YOUR ORDER WILL BE WITH US SOON’ WITH YODEL OR ” SHIPMENT INFORMATION RECEIVED” WITH DHL?
This means your package is in the carrier’s warehouse, waiting for the next available flight to go. All parcels are trackable.
The carrier system only indicates the real status once they have a confirmed flight for packages.
Please allow at least 24~48 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order, as the shipping courier need time to collect shipping information, confirm the flight, scan the parcel into system. In peak festival season, please wait for 2 more days to check the status again.
Most international parcels will reach their destinations within 10 days, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive, especially during your local festivals and peak seasons.
