How to burn a candle safely?

  1. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended. In case of fire, use water spray for extinction.
  2. The container and candle topper, the carousel will become hot when burning. Ensure to burn the candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface. Only move the candles in cold conditions.
  3. Extinguish a burning scented candle flame with a candle snuffer/dipper instead of using water or blowing out, which causes smoke. If not available, push the candle wick into the melted wax with a toothpick until it is extinguished, then keep the wick upright.
  4. Stop burning when the un-melted wax level is less than 10mm.
  5. If the container becomes blackened, put out the fire, cool it down, and clean it with a cotton towel.
  6. Never mix other objects into candle wax, which might cause unpredictable results when burning.
  7. Pregnant ladies should follow the doctor’s notes and use caution.
