I have received an email saying one of the items is out of stock.

All products listed are in stock. If some cases you’re told the item is out of stock, we’ll say sorry you have been notified all or part of your order is out of stock. If the item is on production line, we’ll need 2-3 days more to dispatch your order. If the item stopped producing, we’ll deliver your order partially, then the payment of out-of-stock items will be refunded to you.
